I’m an independent operations consultant based in Massachusetts. I help regulated manufacturers solve the problems that stall revenue and growth, and I lead that work myself.
An unusual path into operations
I began my career as an actuarial analyst, where I learned to quantify risk and make decisions from data. I moved into manufacturing as a statistical process control engineer at a printed circuit board manufacturer, then held quality engineering, lead quality engineering and supplier quality roles in precision machining, followed by quality assurance leadership at an HVAC equipment manufacturer.
Most recently I served as Chief of Staff and an operations leader at a global medical device manufacturer. There I led global NPI portfolio and PMO governance, product transfers and launches, stockout reduction across a 14-site network, and FDA-related remediation programs reported to the CEO, including recovery of roughly $300M in held product revenue and a multi-pathway sterilization remediation.
