Find the real constraint, prove the cause, lock in the gain.
Improvement programs often stall because they chase symptoms or produce reports instead of results. I bring a statistician’s discipline and an operator’s practicality: find the real constraint, prove the cause with data, fix it, and lock in the gain.
Where I help
- Lead time and on-time delivery
- Stockouts and service levels across multi-site networks
- Yield, scrap and variation reduction using statistical process control
- Process capability and supplier quality
- KPI design and tiered daily management
- Continuous improvement program design and project coaching
Results
- Lead time cut from 7 days to 2 on a product line promising 5-day turnaround
- Stockout dollars reduced across a 14-site global manufacturing network
Background
Six Sigma Black Belt with a degree in mathematics and statistics. I started in manufacturing as a statistical process control engineer and have since led quality and operations in medical devices, electronics, precision machining and HVAC manufacturing.
Common questions
Is this only for regulated industries?
No. The methods work in any manufacturing environment. Regulated industries simply add validation and documentation that I build into the plan from the start.
Do you train our people?
Yes. I can coach your team through live improvement projects so capability stays after the engagement ends.
